President and CEO
Bill co-founded SkillFitness with the vision to harness mobile technology to help sales professionals reach their full potential through training, collaboration, and self discovery. He started his career with IBM, and later rose to senior sales management roles at organizations like National Computer Systems, and Capella University. Over the years Bill has earned a reputation for building successful sales organizations based on a strong culture of integrity and excellence.
CTO & Vice President of Product Innovation
Wilson co-founded SkillFitness after more than 20 years of experience in marketing, product development, and senior business leadership roles. Working with companies like J. Walter Thompson, 3M, Capella University, and Regency Beauty Institute, Wilson has specialized in building strong cross-functional teams and creating the strategies, operational discipline, and innovative marketing approaches needed to create and reinvent products and categories.
Angie started her career in public accounting with Ernst & Young and moved to finance roles at high growth companies, including Capella University. She then spent eight years at MinuteClinic, in various finance and operational leadership capacities, from startup stage through and following acqusition by CVS Health. Angie has specialized in helping startup companies in various industries manage through a multitude of growth challenges and opportunities.
Customer Success Manager
Allison is responsible for operations, implementation and account management. She is known for her strong product knowledge combined with a process-based, consultative approach to ensuring customer success. Allison’s background includes extensive experience as a sales representative, account manager and promotion specialist for companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Merck and HealthPartners.
Dave began his marketing career at General Mills and then moved to senior marketing, product management and brand strategy roles at several organizations including Capella University and Regency Beauty Institute. Along with marketing, Dave also has extensive experience managing customer service, sales & product training, and field technical support teams. He has specialized in establishing the marketing function at high-growth and evolving companies.
Keith Koch, Technology Strategist, has more than 15 years of experience as a technical leader and next-generation learning strategist at organizations including Fingerhut, Capella University, Sophia Learning and Questar.
Linda is an experienced senior leader helping organizations evolve their sales and operations to grow revenue, improve service levels and reduce costs. She is recognized for a rare balance of strong staff development skills and sales and operations expertise and has successfully helped organizations like Bank of America, Capella University and Regency Beauty Institute in their high-growth phases.
Brett has been a part of successful go-to-market initiatives in early stage companies for most of his career - firms like Kinetic Data, Four51 and Line of Sight Group. He brings a blend of strategy, market awareness and sales enablement expertise to the SkillFitness team.
Paul brings a broad strategic and operational perspective to SkillFitness. He’s had extensive experience with technology companies - including NCR, Datacard, and Qualcomm - and has helped grow early stage education-related companies including Capella University, Fullbridge and Empowered Careers.
